Dear Visitor,
In 2011 the Foundation wishes to allot revenues from 1% tax to improve the safety and increase the chances of combating the cancer of children treated in Oncology Clinic of the Children's Memorial Health Institute in Warsaw. We need approximately 470.000 PLN for the purchase of the modern equipment for the chemotherapeutic agents laboratory in the Institute.
The expenditure will be compensated for increased safety of young patients receiving correctly calculated and 100% accurately prepared dose of chemotherapeutic agents.
Each year around 500 patients from the whole country are treated in the Clinic - let's jointly struggle for the increased chances of them combating the cancer by writing in the proper column of the tax revenue:

Natural persons and partnerships can deduct to 6% of the income (Personal Income Tax) from taxable amount, whereas legal persons up to 10% (Corporate Income Tax).
